The vast amount of generated data in metabolomic studies can only be managed, processed, and analyzed by powerful informatics applications. MDRenal is developing software for experimental data analysis adapted to our metabolomic systems and our clients’ demands. It will integrate the processing of raw data, its statistical analysis, and its biochemical interpretation using an approachable automatic interface.

Our informatics applications are based in profound knowledge of the field and will form part of our metabolomics diagnosis kits centered in hyphenated chromatography-mass spectrometry.
